The 1/2 hour class: Office Tai Chi / Body Balance.
Office Tai Chi is a goal oriented exercise program designed to relieve
stress and re-energize people during the workday. The benefits are
healthy people who are more productive, resulting in lower business
medical expenses. Ray Sol, Tai Chi Instructor and Master Educator, will
lead everyone through gentle body movements and deep breathing
exercises. When people return to their desks, they can use these
movements throughout the day to control stress and rejuvenate their
bodies. People no longer need to rely on cigarettes or caffeine to stay
awake. Each class is limited to 10 students. Multiple classes in one day, at one place of business can be arranged.
