Raymond Sol, MS. Ed, is a Master's Level Educator with teaching experience at the university level, in several disciplines. He provides a wide variety of programs and courses to help
people of all ages learn to use tai chi throughout their daily
lives.
Currently, he teaches Tai Chi and Qigong at Paradise Valley Community College, Black Mountain Campus, in north Scottsdale. He also teaches Tai Chi and Qigong, Special Tai Chi Exercise Classes (Fan, Sword, Staff, Spear), and Art Relaxation Classes at the private PERA Club, in
Tempe. In addition, senior citizens can attend his Health and Joints Class at the Foothills Community Foundation Center, in Scottsdale. And he supports the Medical Staff at Healthy Outlook Family Medicine, a medical practice in Phoenix, with classes in Health and Joints, and Tai Chi and Qigong.
He also runs a Tai Chi consulting concern under the banner: Tai Chi / Body Balance. Therefore, he is also available, as a consultant, to meet with
you at your business. He can personalize his tai chi programs to meet
your business needs. For many people, tai chi is like moving
relaxation. Therefore, the health benefits can be significant for
relieving stress and tension, improving stability and flexibility,
increasing strength and muscle tone, and helping the body's immune
system.
The main emphasis in all his classes is exercise, with a concentration on body
balance, both
external and internal. Keeping your body upright and balanced brings
stability to your movements. Just as important, is bringing in fresh
oxygen into your body to help rejuvenate your muscles and cleanse the
inner body of toxins. The brain is also stimulated during the entire exercise process, which helps keep the mind sharp and relax the body. Overall, the bottom line is to help people exercise their bodies, using Tai Chi and Qigong techniques.
Listed below are brief descriptions of many tai chi and Qigong
programs, as taught by Raymond Sol, Master Teacher. If you or your business is interested in any of these programs, please
contact Raymond for a free consultation. The next time you are
planning an annual meeting, or a team meeting, use one of these programs
to help energize the group at either the start or end of the day. Or
after a group luncheon, when people may start to feel lethargic.
