Tai Chi / Body Balance at
The PERA Club
The one hour class: Tai Chi / Body Balance. Tai Chi is
an ancient exercise program that was created in China, and is now one of
the most popular exercise programs practiced around the world. Ray
Sol, Tai Chi Instructor and Master Educator, will lead a relaxation of
your inner self with the beautiful Guang Ping Yang style routine. Warm
up exercises, deep breathing movements, and body centering, will lead
into the progressive learning of the 64 movements. Each class is
limited to 15 students to ensure individualized attention and growth.
The cost is $50 for a six week session.
